CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE COMPENSATION
PROGRAM FOR EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL
B~ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that:
T~e Executive Compensation Program, as set forth in Resolution No. 14-89 is
amended in the following manner:
This compensation program shall be in effect for the period of July 1,
1990 through June 30, 1993 or until such time as the City Council
subsequently acts to amend it.
A lump sum payment of $2,400.00 shall be provided for the following
positions: Conference Center Director, Police Chief, Fire Chief,
Director of Public Works, Director of Economic and Community
Development, Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services,
Library Director, and Director of Finance.
Effective with the pay period including July 1, 1991, the salary
schedule for Executive Management employees shall be increased by an
additional two percent (2%) to four percent (4%), based on the San
Francisco-Oakland-San Jose Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners
and Clerical Workers issued in April, 1991, which covers the preceding
twelve (12) months.
Effective with the pay period including July 1, 1992, the salary
~schedule for Executive Management employees shall be increased by an
additional four percent (4%) to six percent (6%), based on the San
Francisco-Oakland-San Jose Consumer Price Index for Urban Wage Earners
~nd Clerical Workers issued in April, 1992, which covers the preceding
~welve (12) months.
Effective July 1, 1991, the maximum City contribution to the
employee's medical premium shall be a rate equivalent to the Bay
pacific composite rate in effect during the term of this Resolution.

Effective July 1, 1991, the lifetime orthodontia coverage will be
increased from the prior limit of $500.00 to $1,000.00.
All other provisions of Resolution No. 14-89 not inconsistent with the
above amendments shall remain in full force and effect.

adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regal ar..
