A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ANNUAL
REPORT OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT
WHEREAS, on August 8, 1990, by its Resolution No. 126-90, this City
Council ordered the formation of and levied the first assessment within the
City of South San Francisco Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment
District, ("District") pursuant to the provisions of the Landscaping and
Lighting Act of 1972 (Section 22500 et seq., of the California Streets and
Highways Code) ("Act"); and
WHEREAS, Sections 22620, et seq., of the Act provide for the levy of
annual assessments after formation of the District.
NOW, iTHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Franc!sco, California, as follows:
1. Arthur Wong, City Engineer designated as Engineer of Work for
purposesO.f the District, is hereby ordered to prepare and file an annual
report iniaccordance with Section 22565, et seq., of the Act.
2. ~ithin the District, the existing and proposed improvements and any
substantial changes proposed to be made generally to the existing improvements
are generally as described on Exhibit "A" attached and by this reference made
a part of this Resolution.

OF THE IMPROVEMENTS
Within the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo,
State of California, the maintenance and servicing of the
following public improvements, including all auxiliary work
necessary and/or convenient to the accomplishment thereof in
accordanc~ with plans and specifications to be approved by the
