CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
ENTITLED SUNSHINE VILLAS SUBDIVISION
AND AUTHORIZED RELATED ACTS
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that:
1. Map Approval
The Final Map, entitled "Sunshine Villas", is hereby approved.
2. Acceptance of Dedications
The dedications of public use as shown on the map of Sunshine Villas
for street purposes and easement for public utilities are hereby accepted and
the City Clerk is authorized to certify the City's acceptance.
3. Agreement
Execution of the "Agreement, Subdivision Improvements, Sunshine
Villas", by the City Manager on behalf of the City is hereby authorized.
4. Recordation
The City Clerk is authorized and directed to record of cause
recordation of the Final Map, Agreement, and Deed attached~hereto as Exhibit "A"
in the official records of the County.
5. Copies of Recorded Documents
A reproducible mylar, or equal, copy of the recorded Final Map shall
be filed in the Office of the City Engineer, and a copy of the Subdivision
Improvements Agreement shall be filed in the offices of (1) City Clerk, (1)
Planning Director and (3) City Engineer, and the Building Division shall
withhold building permits until the copies of the recorded documents are filed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lOth day of July , 1991, by the following vote:
