Home My WebLink AboutReso 88-1991RESOLUTION NO. 88-91 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE REQUIRED IN THE WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1991-92 AND IMPOSING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, on july 10, 1991 the City Council held a noticed public hearing concerning the amount of revenue needed to support the maintenance and operation of the common greens, facilities and improvements for the fiscal year 1991-92 in the Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance District; and WHEREAS, it was determined that $72,198 is necessary for fiscal year 1991- 92 and that the current funds available amount of $28,093; and WHEREAS, it was determined that all the parcels in the district benefit equally f~om such maintenance and improvements; NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that for fiscal year 1991-92 the additional amount of revenue needed to support the maintenance and operation of facilities and improvements in the Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance District is fixed at $44,105 which is to be equally levied at $209.00 per unit per parcel against each parcel in the District, in accord with the attached Exhibit "A". BE IT :URTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this r~solution to the County Controller so that these assessments will be included in the tax bill and collected by the Tax Collector in the same manner as other taxes and assessments. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the lOth day of July , 1991 by the following vote: AYES: City Councilmembers Richard A.
