CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE LIST OF
DESIGNATED POSITIONS FOR THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO'S CONFLICT
OF INTEREST CODE
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 129-87 the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco previously adopted the City's Conflict of Interest Code and
the list of designated positions subject to the code; and
WHEREAS, because of the recent reorganization of the City's staff new
positions have been created and others eliminated which are not reflected
in the approved list.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San FrancisCo that:
1. Th~ list of designated positions and the applicable disclosure
categories ~hown in Appendices A, B and C, incorporated by reference, are
hereby ado: Led.
2. Persons holding designated positions shall file statements of economic
interests r~quired by the Conflict of Interest Code with the City Clerk, to
whom the Ci ~ Council delegates the authority to carry out the duties of filing
officer.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by %he City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the lOth day of January , 1990 by the following vote:

DISCLOSURE CATEGORIES
AF'PROPRIATE FORMS
Alll persons holding offices or positions specified in Government Code
Section 87200 shall file FPPC Form 721 for purposes of complying with
the financial disclosure requirements of the Conflict of Interest Code.
All other positions and offices designated in Appendices A and B shall
file FPPC Form 730 based on the disclosure categories listed below.
DI;CLOSURE CATEGORIES
Category 1: All investments, sources of income, interests in real
property or business positions in which the designated
employee or official is a director, officer, partner,
trustee, employee or holds any position of management.
Category 2: All interests in real property located in the City of
' South San Francisco, within two (2) miles of the City
' of South San Francisco or within two (2) miles of any
land owned or used by the City of South San Francisco.
Category 3: All investments, interests in real property or sources
i. of income subject to the regulatory, permit or licens-
