Home My WebLink AboutReso 99-1990 RESOLUTION NO. 99-90 CI'~Y COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTN SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION FIXING THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE REQUIRED IN THE WILLOW GARDENS PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1990-91 AND IMPOSING THE ANNUAL ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, on July 11, 1990 the City Council held a noticed public hearing concerning the amount of revenue needed to support the maintenance and operation of the common greens, facilities and improvements for the fiscal year 1990-91 in the Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance District; and WHEREAS, it was determined that $72,198 is necessary for fiscal year 1990-91 and that the current funds available amount to $28,093; and WHEREAS, it was determined that all the parcels in the district benefit equally'frOm such maintenance and improvements; NOW, TqEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that for fiscal year 1990-91 the additional amount of revenue needed to support the maintenance and operation of facilities and improvements in the Willow Gardens Parks and Parkways Maintenance District is fixed at $44,105, wlhich is to be equally levied at $209.00 per unit per parcel against each parce.il in the district, in accord with the attached Exhibit "A". BE IT iFURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this r~solution to the County Controller so that these assessments will be included iln the tax bill and collected by the Tax Collector in the same manner as other ~axes and assessments.
