CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE COUNCIL'S IN-
TENTION TO GRANT A LEASE OR PERMIT TO USE
A PARCEL ADJACENT TO SAN BRUNO SLOUGH
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
WHEREAS, Marco and Marie Senaldi claim ownership to
a tract of land referred to as the I.BoM. Tract, and,
WHEREAS, a determination is to be made as to whether
title to a portion of the parcel along the southern boundary
along said I.B.M. Tract belongs to the City either directly
or in trust and, pending said determination, City desires
to declare its intention to grant a lease or permit to use
said portion, should determination be made that said portion
of the parcel belongs to City.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The City Council does hereby declare its intention
to grant to Marco and Marie Senaldi and/or their successors
in interest and assigns a lease or permit to use the portion
of the parcel referred to as the I.B.M. Tract, which portion
is along the southern boundary of said tract and adjacent to
the slough; said lease to be operative, should it be determined
that title to said southern portion of the I.B.M. tract is
in City directly or in trust; said portion is more particular-
ly set forth in the lease agreement submitted to the City of
South San Francisco by Finley J. Gibbs, Attorney-at-Law, as
an attachment to his letter of April 17, 1964.
2. The term of said lease or permit shall not be less
than 25 years;
3. A reasonable rent be provided for, said rent to
be not less than $100 a year;
4. City's right to use said parcel in connection with
the dredging or cleaning of the adjacent slough be reserved;
5. Pending final determination of title, owners may
proceed with the construction of the building on the I.B.M.
Tract and may fill in, grade and pave the land needed for
such purposes including that needed for parking and driveway
purposes within the southern boundary of said tract.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regula~
meeting held on the 20th day of April
1964 , by the following vote:
