CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION VACATING ANCHOR EASEMENTS--SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK, UNIT NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
WHEREAS, certain Anchor Easements were dedicated to the
City of South San Francisco by a certain subdivision map en-
titled "South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. 3," filed
for record on July 11, 1958, in volume 49 of Maps at pages 25
to 28, San Mateo County Records, State of California, and,
WHEREAS, said Anchor Easements have not been used for the
purpose for which said easements were dedicated or acquired for
five consecutive years next preceding this date, nor in fact
were said easements ever used after said dedication.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
1. The Anchor Easements described as follows are hereby
vacated and abandoned:
Ail those Anchor Easements shown in Lots 24,
25, 2~, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37, Block 16
and abutting Christensen Avenue as said lots, block
and avenue are shown on that certain map entitled
"South San Francisco Industrial Park Unit No. 3",
filed for record in Volume 49 of maps at pages 25
to 28, San Mateo County Records, State of California.
2. Said vacation and abandonment shall not release, va-
cate or abandon any other easements granted or in use.
3. The City Clerk record the required documents to clear
said easement from the record title.
