CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT AND RECOM-
MENDATION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION SET FORTH
IN ITS RESOLUTION NO.1733 ADOPTED JUNE 8, 1964,
RECOMMENDING THE REZONING OF THE PROPERTY OF
GIUSEPPE AND MARY GISELDINI RESTRICTED MULTIPLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DIS~/RICT OR R-3 DISTRICT AND
ORDERING ENDORSEMENTS AFFIXED TO SAID REPORT
AND RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South
San Francisco has duly filed its report and recommendation
to rezone from R-1 and R-2 Districts to an R-3 District (Re-
stricted Multiple Family Residential District) the property
of Giuseppe and Mary Giseldini (Assessor's Parcel Nos. 11-262-
04 and 11-262-05), being 3 acres on the east side of Willow
Avenue between Miller Avenue extension and the Lutheran Church
property, and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted the hear-
ings and procedures in accordance with the Government Code of
the State of California and relevant Ordinances of the City
of South San Francisco, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, after hearing duly conducted as required by law, desires
to approve said report and recommendation and endorse same
to show that it has been adopted by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that it does hereby approve
the report and recommendation of the Planning Commission of
the City of South San Francisco set forth in its Resolution
No.1733 entitled "A Resolution Of The Planning Commission
Of The City Of South San Francisco Recommending To The City
Council Approval Of The Amendment Petition Of Giuseppe
And Mary Giseldini To Rezone Assessor's Parcels Nos. 11-
262-04 And 11-262-05, Being Three Acres On The East Side
Of Willow Avenue Between Miller Avenue Extension And The
Lutheran Church Property, From An R-1 And R-2 District To
An R-3 District"; and order the endorsement of said report
and recommendation by the Mayor of the City of South San
Francisco, whose signature shall be attested to by the
City Clerk to evidence that said report and recommendation
has been adopted by the City Council.
