CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AN AMENDED
ASSESSMENT - PERSON & SWANSON IN-
DUSTRIAL TRACT LOT 18 BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco has heretofore ordered the filing of an amended
assessment and pursuant thereto the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets, has filed
with the City Clerk Report and Amended Assessment of a
lot or parcel of land pursuant to Resolution No. 4069
dated the 19th day of October , 19 64 , which Re-
port is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and includes the
map or plot plan showing how said lot or parcel has been
divided and the amended assessment so that the total amount
of the assessment of the several portions of said lot or
parcel is equal to the unpaid assessment upon the original'
lot or parcel, and
WHEREAS, notice has been duly given and hearing held
as required by law and the City Council upon said hearing
held on the 16th day of November , 1964 has
determined that no objections have been filed and good cause
exists for the making of said amended assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of South San Francisc° that the amended assess-
ment of Person & Swanson Industrial Tract Lot 18 Block
1, as set forth in the report of the Director of Public
Works, ex-officio Superintendent of Streets attached here-
to, be, and the same is, hereby confirmed and the City
Clerk shall take the required action to have entered
upon the assessment roll the installments becoming due
on each component part of the original parcel opposite
a description of the respective parcels so assessed.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 16th day of November
by the following vote:
