RESOLUTION NO.4452
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE
A PORTION OF ALLERTON AVENUE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Street
Vacation Act of 1941.
2. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the day
of , 19 , at 8 o'clock p.m., in the Coun-
cil Chambers of City Hall, South San Francisco, is hereby
fixed as the time and place when and where all persons in-
terested in, or having objections to, the proposed vacation
of a portion of Allerton Avenue, as hereinafter described,
may appear before said Council and be heard.
3. A copy of this ResOlution shall be published once
in the "Enterprise-Journal", a newspaper of general circul-
ation printed and published in said City in the manner pre-
scribed by law for publishing ordinances in said City.
4. The public interest and convenience require, and
it is the intention of this Council to vacate, a portion
of Allerton Avenue as shown on the map entitled "Cabot,
Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit #1", which map is filed
in the office of the City Clerk.
5. Notices of the vacation of a portion of Al~erton
Avenue shall be posted conspicuously along the line of the
portion proposed to be vacated at least ten (10) days be-
fore the date set for the hearing. Such notices shall be
posted not more than 300 feet apart, but not less than
three shall be posted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a reaular
meeting held this 18th day of April , 1966,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Frank J. Bertucellt, Patrick E. Ahem, Emilio
Gortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
