A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. I
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that the public interest, convenience
and necessity require, and that it is the intention of said
Council to make changes and modifications in the work to be
done and the plans and specifications therefor, the estimate
of cost, the assessment and diagram of the assessment dis-
trict in proceedings being conducted by said Council'pursu-
ant to Resolution of Intention No. 4271, adopted .August 16,
1965, as amended, as follows, to wit:
1. Change and modify the work to be done and the' plans
and specifications therefor, to provide for the constr~ction
and installation of automatic traffic signal device~ at
Hillside Boulevard and Stonegate Drive, completewith Change
orders required by the County of San Mateo, the addition of
subbase material as required in order to make the proposed
streets qualify as a select street system, including addi-
tional soils engineering services, additional paving in the
cul-de-sac areas and four additional arterial stop signs.
2. Change and modify the estimate of cost to-account
for the cost of said additional work.
3. Change and modify the assessment roll to increase
Diagram and Assessment No. A from $800,000 to $840,900, and
the total assessment from $834,108 to $8~,~08, and to con-
solidate Diagram and Assessment Nos. 1 through 6 into one
assessment, and Nos. ? through 12 into another assessment.
4. Change and modify the assessment diagram to Show
the consolidation of Diagram and Assessment Nos. 1 through
6 and Nos. ? through 12, and to remove Diagram and Assess-
merit No. 14 from the boundaries of the assessment district.
The Engineer shall file a revised report to reflect all
of said changes.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 19th day of
December, 1966, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the
regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers,
City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed
as the time and place when and where said Council will con-
sider the matter of making said changes and modifications
and hearing all protests and persons interested therein.
The Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this reso-
lution to be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a
newspaper of general circulation published in said City and
the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said
Resolution of Intention was published, and to be mailed to
all property owners where assessments are increased, said
publication to be at least ten days before said day of hear-
ing, and said mailing to be at least 20 days prior to said
hearing date.

duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Prancisco
at a regular meeting held this 21st day of November, lg66, by the following
