DIRECTING MAEING OF AMENDED A~SESSMENT
PERSON AND SWANSON INDUSTRIAL TRACT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 2771 adopted by the City Council of said City on
April 6, 1959, as amended, and the provisions of the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by
said Council on June 20, 1960, and recorded in the office of
the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which
there are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been
issued under the Improvement.Bond Act of 1915, have been di-
vided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel
boundaries as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The City Engineer shall cause to be prepared and
filed with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and
diagram of the lots or parcels so divided, said parcels being
designated Assessment Numbers 54 and 55.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ments shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with the
benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel and
the total amount of the assessmentof the several portions of
the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid assess-
ments upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Monday, the 3~d day of Julv~, 1967, at the hour
of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall South
San Francisco, California, be, and the same are hereby, fixed
as the time and place for hearing said amended assessment be-
fore said Council.
4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise
the time and place of such hearing before the Council by pub-
lishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in the South
San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circu-
lation published and circulated in said City, the first publica-
tion being not less than fifteen days before said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco at a REGULAR meeting held this ~Sth
day of J~e, 1967, by the following vote:
