RESOLUTION NO. '4698
A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON
SALE OF IMPROVEMENT BONDS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2-A
SECOND SALE -- $500,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
lo The City Clerk of said City be, and he is hereby,
directed to call for bids for the Second Sale of $500,000
of improvement bonds to be issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4613, adopted by this Council on the 16th day
of January, 1967o The Notice of Sale, in form to be pre-
pared by Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, shall be given by
the Clerk causing copies thereof to be mailed to the various
banks and bond houses interested in the purchase.of such
bonds, at least ten days before the date of sale of said
bonds, said mailing to be accomplished by Wilson, Jones,
Morton & Lynch for and on behalf of the City Clerk°
2o The City will furnish the legal opinion of the
law firm of Wilson~ Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo,
California, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the pro-
ceedings and the issuance of said bonds°
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 3rd day of 3uly, 1967, by the following
vote:
