A P~F~OLUTION CONFII~MIN~ AMENDED ASSF. SSMENT
PE~ON AND SWANSON/~INDUSTRIAL T~ACT
RESOLVED, by the Clty Council of the Clty of South San
Francisco, California, .that
WHEREAS,-said Council dld on the .Sth day of June, 1967,
adopt its Resolution ordering the City Engineer to make and file
with the City Clerk 'an amended assessment of the pa~rcel of prop-
erty the former assessment which, under Resolution of' Intention
No. 2771 adopted by this Council on April 6, 1959, &~ amended, is
designated upon the original assessment and diagram and confirmed
by said Council on June 20, 1960, and recorded in the office of
the Superintendent of Streets as diagram and assessment Numb.ers
5~ and 55;
WHEREAS, said City Engineer did on the 5th day of June,.
1967, pursuant to resolution ordering same, file with the City
Clerk an amended assessment and diagram;
WHEREAS, said Counc11 fixed Monday, the 3r.d day of July,
1967, as the time for hearing said amended assessment and caused
notice of said hearing, to be .published twice in the Enterprise-
Journal, the first publication being fifteen days before said
hearing, as appea~s from the affidavit on file in the office of
the City Clerk of said CitY; and
WHEREAS, at the tlme and place fixed for said hearing~ no
protests or objections Were made or presented to the proposed
amended assessment, and all matters and things pertaining to said
amended assessment were dUly heard and considered by this' CoUncil.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that said amended assessment
and diagram filed with the City Clerk of said City pursuant, to
resolution ordering same, be, and the same is hereby, ratified,
approved and confirmed.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the City Clerk of said City
shall deliver said amended assessment to the Superintendent of
Streets, together with a certified copy of this resolution thereto
attached, and said Superintendent of Streets shall thereupon re-
cord such amended assessment with a certificate a~t the end thereof
by the City Clerk of said City that it is the amended assessment
approved by said Council on July 3, 1967.
The Superintendent of Streets shall note opposite the
assessment in said original diagram and assessment that it has
been displaced by said amended assessment, giving its date, and
shall credit upon such amended assessments all payments thereto-
fore made upon such original assessment. When said amended
assessment has been recorded the Superintendent 0f Streets shall
cause the original assessment involved to be cancelled.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and. adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held
this 3rd day of July , 1967, by the following
vote:
