PAINTING AND WATERPROOFING CENTRAL FIRE
STATION-BADEN AVENUE AT CYPRESS AVENUE
RESOLVED, by tbs City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WI~REAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, exami.ed

1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro°
posals or bids except tlmt hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
award0 tile contract for doin8 the work a[.d improvements and
furnishi~ the materials, supplte~ and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at tile unit ptio
ces .amed i. their bid to ~tt:
R. & T Painting, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
nkqke and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his si~.ature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
