CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A GRANT OF
EASEMENT TO CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the City hereby authorizes the
execution of the grant of easement pipe line right of way
to the California Water Service Company, a corporation
organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of California, providing for the grant of a sub-
surface easement for the construction, operation and maintenance
of pipe lines and appurtenances across the lands therein
described and reserving the right to construct, install and
operate other public service facilities thereon.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor of the City of
South San Francisco is authorized to execute the easement
on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
