CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FOR
SANITARY SEWERS AND STORM DRAINS FROM THE SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of South San Francisco
that the Grant of Easement by the South San Francisco
Unified School District, a Unified School District of the
County of San Mateo, State of California, dated May 29,
1967, wherein the Grantors convey an easement for sanitary
sewers and storm drains over the property therein described~
is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to
record said Grant together with a copy of this Resolution
in the official records of San Mateo County.
