CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT OF SEWER EASE-
MENT IN LOT 5, BLOCK 4, CABOT, CABOT & FORBES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of South San Francisco that said City does hereby accept
that certain deed dated the 30th day of June, 1967, whereby
Cabot, Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc., grants
to the City of South San Francisco a sewer easement which is
more particularly described therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and
he hereby is, directed to cause said deed together with a
certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the
office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 3rd day of July , 19 67 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi
