CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FREEWAY AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the State of California, through its De-
partment of Public Works, Division of Highways, has pre-
sm ted an Agreement entitled "Freeway Agreement" which con-
cerns State Highway Route 35 within the City of South San
Francisco between Westborough Boulevard and King Drive, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has heard read said Agreement
in full and is familiar with the contents thereof.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco that said Agreement be, and
the same is hereby, approved, and the Mayor, the City
Manager and the City Clerk are directed to sign their name
on behalf of City.
