CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS - UTILITY AGREEMENT 112 . 38.1 RE LOCATION OF
FIRE ALARM FACILITIES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that Utilities Agreement
No. 112.38.1, between the State of California, acting by and
through its Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
providing for the installation of a conduit in conjunction
with the freeway-widening project between San Bruno Avenue to
Third Street and other related work therein set forth, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attests
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify thatthe foregoing Resolution was
