RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California~ chat WHEREAS, plan~ and specifications providing for cer- tain improvcment work have been submitted, which plans and specifications are entitled: TENNIS COURT IMPROVEMENTS Orange Memorial Park South San Francisco, California 1967 and, WiIERb~S, the City Council desires to approve said plans and specifications, authorize the work and call for sealed proposals; NOW, TIbEREFOP~E, IT IS IIEREDY ORDERED t;hat:: 1. The plans am.! specifications hereinbefore named and identified are hereby approved and the work therein provided ia hereby autl,ori,-.ed, and ~aid plan~ and specifications are referred to and by th.ts reference mNde a part hereof the same as if recite'.! herein verbatim. 2. %'he Cit.,y,.Clork of said City i8 hereby directed to publish by two {2) consecutive insertions in the "Enter- prise-Journal", a newspaper published and circulated in said City, a notice invitin~l Dealed proposals or bids for said work in accordance with gh~ plans and specifications herein- before named and identified and on file in the Office of the City Clerk, the first of which publication shall be at least ten (10) days prior to th9 tim9 fixed, for opcninB hide. All proposals or bids shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, payable to tho order of the City of Sough San Francisco, in an amount equal to not lees than ten per cent'(lO~) of the bid figure, or by a bond in said amount dra~.m in favor of said City and executed by a corporate . surety.
