A P~ESOLL~ION REQUESTING THE CALIFORNIA
PUBLIC UrlLITIES CO~MISSION TO ~AKE
ALLOCATION FROM CROSSING PROTECTION
FUND FOR PROTECTION OF FORBES BOULEVARD
CROSSING OF THE SOUI~ERN PACIFIC COMPANY
TRACKS - CROSSINGS NO. E-lOo64-C AND
E-10.73-C
The City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California, does hereby resolve, declare and determine as
follows:
SECTION Io That the Rayor of the City of South San
Francisco is hereby authorized to request the California
Public Utilities Commission to make an allocation to said
City from the Crossing Protection Fund in the maximUm amount
of Three Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty-Two Dollars ($3, 832o 00)
for Railroad Crossing No. 10.64-C and Three Thousand Nine Hundred
and Forty-Two Dollars ($3,942°00) for.Railroad Crossing No.
which said amount~ will not exceed one-half of' the total cost of
said Cityts share of constructing protection and installing
two flashing light grade crossing signals augmented with
additional front facing light units mounted on cantilevers arms
on Forbes Boulevard Crossing No° E-10.64-C and No° 10o73-C
of the Southern Pacific Company as specified in General Order
88 for Street Widening Projects, and the Mayor and City Clerk
of said City are hereby authorized to sign and execute the same
for and on behalf of said City.
SECTION II. That the City Olerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption hereof in the records of the proceedings
of the City Council of said City in the minutes of the meeting
at which the same is passed and adopted'
