/% RESOLII~ION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
COMMUNICATIONS AND OTHER EQUIPMENT
FOR THE EMERGENCY OPERATING CENTER
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHERSAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the ~st day of ~F , 1967_
for the w~)rk to be done and the improvement to be made as
described a,d specified:
RADIO GOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT
for
THE EMERGENGY OPERATING CENTER
NOt~, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except time hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work ar,d improvements and
furnishin& the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces tmmed i,t their b~d to wit:
Motorola Communications & Electronics, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City ls hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
atte~t his hi§nature and a~fix thereto the corporate seal of
the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
