CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN BALDWIN-WARREN COMPANY, INC., A CALIFORNIA
CORPORATION, THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, A
MUNICIPAL CORPORATION, AND CABOT, CABOT & FORBES
CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC., A DELAWARE CORPORATION,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF SUBMITTING A DISPUTE TO ARBITRATION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement To Submit Dispute To Arbitration, Baldwin-
Warren Company, Inc., a California corporation; the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation; and Cabot, Cabot
& Forbes California Properties, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
as therein described is hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 17th day of July
by the following vote;
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucellt, Emilio
Gorte$i, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzt
