CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTIQN AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUPPLE-
MENTAL AGREEMENT, WEST PARK 1 AND 2 (TO THE
AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT DATED SEPTEMBER 12,
1966) AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF OTHER
DOCUMENTS RELATED THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of South San
Francisco that:
1. The execution of that agreement entitled "Supplemental
Agreement, West Park 1 and 2" wherein provision is made
for supplementing the terms of the agreement entitled
"Amendment to Agreement" entered into the 12th day of
September, 1966, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of City;
2. The City Attorney is authorized to execute the escrow
instructions provided for in said agreement and he may,
in his discretion, modify the provisions of Exhibit B,
Section l-A(2) and he may, in his discretion, execute
any and all other documents necessary to carry out the
purposes of said Supplemental Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held. on the 18th day of July , 1967 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, ~tli~
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and C~ido J. Rozzi
