HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 4721-1967RESOLUTION NO. 4721 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR ANIMAL SHELTER SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION XIX OF ORDINANCE NO. 564 OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that in accordance with Section XIX of Ordinance No. 564, entitled "An Ordinance of the City of South San Francisco Regulating the Keeping of Domestic and Wild Animals, Birds, Fowls, and Reptiles Within Said City; Pro- viding for the Impounding and Disposition of Them When Seized While At Large Within the City," passed the 17th day of July, 1967, that: 1. The following fees are hereby established: a. For every horse, mare, mule, ass, bull, ox, or calf, the sum of ten dollars ($10.00), and also the sum of two dollars ($2.00) per day for keep- ing each of said animals, to be paid by the owner thereof; b. For every sheep, lamb, goat, or hog impounded, the sum of five dollars ($5.00), and also the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per day for keeping each of said animals, to be paid by the owner thereof; ¢. For impounding any dog, and all other animals not herein provided for, the sum of two dollars ($2.00) and also the sum of one dollar ($1.00) per day for keeping each of said animals, to be paid by the owner thereof; d. For posting notice of animals impounded, the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each notice; e. For conducting sales, the sum of one dollar ($1.00) for each animal sold. This Resolution shall be published once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circu- lation, published and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, said publication to be made within fifteen days after the adoption of this Resolution. I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a meeting held on the 7th day of by the following vote: regular August , 19 67 ., AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick B.
