CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS
ALLOCATED FROM Tf~ STATE HIG~4AY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the
City of South San Francisco, hereinafter referred to as "City",
and the State Department of Public Works, Division of Highways,
hereinafter referred to as "the Department", on March 8, 1961,
for expenditure of State-allocated funds; and
W~EREAS, a project statement has been prepared and
was submitted to the Department on June 12, 1967, showing the
estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be made
during the 1967-68 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, a budget approved by the Department on
July 27, 1967, has been presented to the City Council in accord-
ance with the project statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget,
as approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents
thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that
said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expend-
itures recommended to be made from such funds during the
1967-68 fiscal year.
