CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION FLXING THE TAX RATE FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1967-68 - WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKWAYS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that
1. The Council does hereby fix the rate of taxes
for the fiscal year 1967-68 for the WEST PARK PARKS AND
PARKI~YS MAINTENANCE DISTRICT at One Dollar and Fifteen Cents
($1.15) upon each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of assessed
value of all real property in said district.
2. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy
of this Resolution to the County Auditor so that he may
compute and enter in the assessment book the tax rate of
One Dollar and Fifteen Cents ($1.15) per One Hundred Dollars
($100.00) assessed value on the property enumerated and
assessed as being in said WEST PARK PARKS AND PARKWAYS MAIN-
TENANCE DISTRICT.
3. The taxes so levied shall be collected as provided
by law.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 21st day of August , 19 67,
