A RESOLUTION APPROVING CERTIFICATE OF COST
AND DIRECTING PAYMENT
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 2 AND UNIT NO. 2-A
ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work, in proceedings being con-
ducted by this Council pursuant to Resolutions of Intention
Nos° 4236 and 4613, adopted by said Council on June 28, 1965
and January 16, 1967, respectively, has prepared and filed with
the City Clerk a Certificate as to the additional cost of con-
structing the improvements being acquired by the City of South
San Francisco in said proceedings; and
WHEREAS, said Certificate has been validated by the City
Engineer;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS 0RD~RED, that the amounts set
forth in said Certificate are hereby approved for payment out
of the Construction Fund for said projects, without further
action by this Council.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 5th day of September, 1967, by the following
vote~
