CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT FOR CALLAN PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement dated
September 5, 1967, between the City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, and David Mayes, Landscape.Architect,
wherein provision is made for landscape architect's services
for Callan Park on the terms and conditions therein set forth,
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 5th day of September , 19 67 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick 2. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, £milio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca and Guido J. Rozzl
