CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF A BLASTING
PERMIT TO PIOMBO CONSTRUCTION COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that upon the filing of approval by the Director
of Public Works and the Chief of the Fire Department, the
City Clerk is authorized to issue a blasting permit and a
permit to store explosives for blasting purposes on the terms
and conditions set forth in Ordinances 202, 203, 373, 398 and
Health and Safety Code Sections 12100, et seq, and other related
ordinances, statutes and regulations and terms and conditions
set forth in the permit entitled "Permit - Blasting and Storage
of Explosives for Blasting Purposes."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San FranCisco at a regular
meeting held on the 18th day of September , 19 67 ,
by the following vote:
