A RESOLII~ION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT

RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
Wt~REAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 27th day Of September , 1967..
for the work to be done and the improveme,t to be ~de as "
described and specified:
"Specifications for Dredging Colma Creek and
Tributaries - 1967"
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED aa follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posal~ or bids except that heretnafte~ mentioned, and hereb~
award~ the contract for doing the work a,d improvements and
furniahin~ the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named i,~ their bid to wit:
L. C. Smith Company and
Jacobs Brothers
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest his signature a~d affix thereto the corporate seal of
the. City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was re-
8ularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a 'regular
meeting held on the 2nd day Of October
196_2._, by the followin§ vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli, Emilio
Cortesi, Andrew Rocca, and Guido J. Rozzi.
