CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING DETERMINATION OF ROYALTY
RATE FOR SHELL DREDGING BY IDEAL CEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the rate of $0.039 per cubic yard for the
four-year period January 5, 1968 - January 5, 1972, as set
forth in the letter dated September 7, 1967, from Ideal Cement
Company to the City of South San Francisco is hereby accepted
and approved and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
acceptance on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest
his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
adjourned
