CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATEO
CONCERNING TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the agreement between the
County of San Mateo and the City of South San Francisco,
wherein provision is made for the use of transient occupancy
taxes for the establishment of an advertising fund, is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 6th day of November
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Andrew Rocca
and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " Emilio Cortesi
