CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT,
STREET AND SITE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS - SERVICE
STATION SITE IN WESTBOROUGH C-1 DISTRICT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement entitled
"Street and Site Public Improvements - Service Station Site
in Westborough C-1 District", providing for the construction
and installation of public improvements related to the service
station site (UP-58) and other matters as therein recited, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
Agreement on behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
