CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING THE ACQUISITION OF PARCEL
011-262-140, ASSESSOR'S MAP GRAND AVENUE EXTENSION 3.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The Council requests that the following tax-deeded
parcel not be sold at public sale:
Parcel 011-262-140 19.46 Ft x 127 Adj to Lot 1
Assessor's Map Grand Ave. Ext. 3;
2. That the City of South San Francisco acquire said
parcel for roadway and other public easement purposes; and
3. That a copy of this resolution together with a
communication setting forth any further information required
be forwarded to the County Tax Collector of the County of San
Mateo.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
