CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
REGARDING SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS IN WILLOW GARDENS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Agreement between
the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
Pedemonte Properties, Inc., James H. Brusco and Louise Brusco,
his wife, G. B. Cassinelli and Lena Cassinelli, his wife,
and Pacific States Construction Company, supplementing the
Agreement dated December 23, 1964, providing for the completion
of improvement work in Willow Gardens as in said Agreement
recited, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and the City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a reqular
meeting held on the 6th day of November , 19 67
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Andrew Rocca
and Guido J. Rozzi
NOES, " None
ABSENT, " Emilio Cortesi
