CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION DENYING TAXICAB
PERMIT TO THRIFTY CAB CO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Council, having considered the
application of Thrifty Cab Co. for a taxicab license in the
City of South San Francisco, does determine that there is
reasonable cause for rendering the proposed operation inadequate
to the City, in that the proposal does not set forth sufficient
information to determine that the applicant is either equipped
or otherwise able to furnish a sufficient standard of service
to the City, and does further determine that there is insuf-
ficient public need or demand for the proposed operation at
this time, and the Council does, therefore, order the applica-
tion for a taxicab permit by Thrifty Cab Co. denied.
