CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
OAK AVENUE STORM DRAIN
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council
and pubi~shed notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 4th day of December , 1967
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as
described and specified:
OAK AVENUE STORM DRAIN
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED aS follews:
1. ?hat said Council does hereby reject all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unit pri-
ces named in their bid to wit:
Arthur Haskins, Inc.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make' and enter into a written contract with said successful
bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is h~=reby directed to
attest his signat4~re and affix thereto =he corporate seal of
the City.

meeting held on the 4th day of December
