CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING SPECIFICATIONS AND
AUTHORIZING THE CALLING FOR BIDS ON A LONG-TERM
DISABILITY INSURANCE AND A HEALTH PLAN INSURANCE
PROGRAM FOR CITY EMPLOYEES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the plans and specifications hereinafter
set forth are approved and the calling for bids as therein
set forth is authorized:
1. Health Insurance Program.
2. Long-Term Disability Insurance
