CITY COUNCIL, CITer OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF RIDER NO. 10
TO CITY'S GROUP COVERAGE WITH TRAVELERS INSURANCE
COMPANY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Rider No. 10 to The Travelers Insurance
Company Group Accident and Sickness Policy No. GA-378620A
dated September 20, 1963, be approved and executed, and the
Mayor of the City of South San Francisco is hereby authorized
to execute said rider on behalf of the City.
