CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS, DEEDS
OF RECONVEYANCES AND RELEASES (SERVICE STATION SITE
ADJACENT TO WESTBOROUGH SQUAP~.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Attorney be and he is hereby
authorized to execute releases of agreement, request for
deeds of Reconveyances, escrow instructions and other
authorizations as set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto,
with respect to the parcel of property situated in the City
'of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
That certain real property situate in the City of South
San FranDisco, County of San Mateo, State of California, described
as follows:
PARCEL B
BEGINNING at a point on the Northwesterly line of that
certain easement for highway purposes (Westborough Boulevard),
as described in the Deedto the County of San Mateo, recorded
August 9, 1961, in Book 4033 at Page 515 of Official Records;
(84088-T),; said point bearing South 59° 12' West 995.18 feet
from the Northeasterly terminus of a course called "North 59°
12' East 1342.47 feet" forming the Northwesterly boundary of
said easement; thence from said point of beginning South
59° 12' West 150.00 feet; thence North 30° 48' West 150.00
feet; thence North 59° 12' East 150.00 feet; thence South
30° 48' East 150.00 feet to the point of beginning.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 4th day of December , 19 67
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Frank J. Bertucelli, Andrew
Rocca and Guido J. Rozzi

EXHIBIT A
Request for Full Reconveyance of parcel described.
Release from terms of Security Agreement: A release
of the parcel described from the terms and provisions
of the agreement recorded June 19, 1967, in Book 5322
of 8fficial Records pages 132 to 200 in the Office of the
Recorder of San Mateo County, the same being an agreement
between Caesar Callan Homes, Inc., Michael Callan, Thomas
Callan and Joseph Caesar as individuals and the City of
South San Francisco, a municipal corporation.
3. Escrow instructions and authorizations:
Issuance and execution of escrow instructions and
authorizations by the City Attorney necessary to carry
out the provisions of this resolution.
