CITY COUNCIl, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ESCROW INSTRUCTIONS,
DEEDS OF RECONVEYANCES AND RELEASES
(ELEMENTARY SCHOOL SITE IN WESTBOROUGH).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that escrow instructions, deeds of reconvey-
ances, releases and other authorizations as set forth in
Exhibit A attached hereto, shall be executed and issued with
respect to the parcel of property situated in the City of
South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of California,
described as follows:
COM~..~MNCING at the intersection of the centerline of
Ga'~way £1ace with the Northerly boundary line of Tract NOo 798,
Westborough U~it No. lb as shown on that certain map entitled
"T~ACT NO. 798 WESTBOROUGF. UNIT NO. lb SAN MATEO COUNTY,
CALIFORNIA~, which map was filed in the office .of the Recorder
County of San Marco, State of California on September 13,1961
in Book 55 of Maps at pages 16 and 17~ thence along the
.Northeasterly prolongation of the centerline of the aforesaid

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted.by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular

EXHIBIT A
TO RESOLUTION NO. 4775, PASSED
TME 4TH DAY OF DECEMBER, 1967
1. Deed of Reconveyance:
A Deed of Reconveyance for the parcel described
2. Release from Terms of Security Agreement:
A release of the parcel described from the terms and
provisions of the Agreement recorded June 19, 1967, in
Book 5322 of official records, pages 132 to 200, in the
office of the Recorder of San Mateo County, the same being
an agreement between Caesar Callan Homes, Inc.; Michael
Callan, Thomas Callan, Jr., and Joseph Caesar, as individuals;
and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corpora-
tion.
3. Escrow Instructions and Authorizations:
Issuance and execution of escrow instructions and author-
izations by the City Attorney necessary to carry out the
provisions of this re~olution and obtain assurance from
South San Francisco Unified School District regarding
dedication and improvement for stree~ and highway purposes
of the portion of the right of way immediately adjacent to
the described parcel.
Issuance and execution by the City Attorney of a Request
for Full Reconveyance for the parcel described.
