CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A SUPPLEMENTAL
AGREEMENT, UNITS NO. 1 AND 2, TRACTS G AND H.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the execution of the Supplemental
Agreement, West Park 1 and 2 (Tracts G and H), wherein provision
is made for the refinancing of the parcels therein described
and reconveyance into the Holding Agreement after said refinancing
is accomplished is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and the City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Attorney is
authorized to execute and issue escrow instructions to carry
out the purposes of the Supplemental Agreement.
