CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR GRADING PERMIT, WESTBOROUGH UNIT NO. 4.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that in accordance with Resolution
No.4752, entitled "A Resolution Regarding the Issuance of a
Grading Permit - Westborough Unit No. 4", passed the 24th
day of October, 1967, a grading permit shall issue and the
terms and conditions for the grading permit are established
and set forth in the permit entitled "Permit To Grade a
Portion of the Parcel Designated as Parcel 16 in Westborough
and To Remove Surplus Material from Said Area".
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a ~egular
meeting held on the 18th day of December
by the following vote:
