CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION
FOR THE PEDESTRIAN OVERCROSSING AT JUNIPERO SERRA
BOULEVARD (STATE HIGHWAY ROUTE 280) AND CLAY AVENUE
IN THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that in accordance with the agreement
between the City .of South San Francisco and the State of
California, Department of Public Works, Division of High-
ways, executed by the City pursuant to Resolution No. 4637,
passed the 6th day of March, 1967, providing for the con-
struction and installation of the pedestrian overcrossing
at Junipero Serra Boulevard and Clay Avenue in the City of
South San Francisco, the City of South San Francisco hereby
authorizes disbursement to the State of California, in
accordance with the statement received from said State, the
sum of Forty-nine Thousan~ Six Hundred and Dollars ($ 49,655.00

to complete City's fifity percent share of the financing of
said project pursuant to said agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
meeting held on the 18th
