CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA REGARDING ENFORCEMENT
OF REGULATIONS CONCERNING MOBILE HOMES.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that the execution
of the Agreement between the City of South San Francisco
and the State of California through its Department of Housing
and Community Development, wherein provision is made for the
enforcement of mobile home regulations, is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a requ!ar
meeting held on the 2~ day of Jan,Jazy , 19 6S ,
by the following vote:
