CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF FREEWAY
MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT FOR A PORTION OF STATE
HIGHWAY ROUTE 239 (NEW 280).
BE ~T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the execution of that certain agreement
between the State of California by the Department of Public
Works, Division of Highways, and the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, providing for the maintenance of certain
portions of the freeway therein set forth is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
