CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT WITH SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO UNIFIED
SCHOOL DISTRICT RELATED TO PARK AND
SCHOOL SITE GRADING.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that upon the completion'of the endorsements
by the department heads and others designated as set forth
on page 5 of the agreement, the execution of the agreement
between the City of South San Francisco and the South San
Francisco Unified School District, providing for the interim
grading and other acts related to the interim grading of the
park and fire station site in Westborough is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on
behalf of the City and the City Clerk attest his signature
thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
